Ryan Carlie is a Senior Managing Director, Investments with Summit Real Estate Group.
Ryan joined Summit in 2023 and is responsible for site selection and acquisition, due diligence, government approvals, and assisting in construction and design efforts. Prior to joining Summit, Ryan was a Senior Director of Development with Opus Development Company for over 8 years where he led and contributed to a pipeline of more than $325 million of industrial and multifamily projects. Prior to Opus, Ryan was a broker with JLL specializing in industrial landlord and tenant representation.
Ryan serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis and holds his B.S. in Finance and Banking, with an emphasis in Real Estate, from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
