Max Breitmayer is an Assistant Vice President, Development at Summit Real Estate Group.
Max joined Summit in 2025 and is responsible for sourcing, entitlement, incentives, and construction. Prior to joining Summit, Max was a Development Manager at NorthPoint Development, where he was directly involved in over $400 million of ground-up industrial development and several large data center developments. Prior to NorthPoint, Max was an Associate at US Capital Development (“USCD”) responsible for leasing, entitlements, acquisitions and construction of industrial, office, and senior living facilities. Several notable projects Max was involved in at USCD include the Forsyth Pointe office towers in Clayton, MO, and the $200 million redevelopment of a former Chrysler Plant into Fenton Logistics Park in Fenton, MO.
Over the course of his career, Max has led successful projects for clients such as Amazon, LKQ Automotive, BASF, BJC Healthcare, Leonardo DRS, RJW Logistics, and others.
Max holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Clemson University.
