Ken Chang is a Senior Managing Director, Texas at Summit Real Estate Group.
Ken joined Summit in 2026 and is responsible for leading the firm’s Texas operations, including expanding its industrial platform, building client relationships, and establishing a strong presence across Houston and other key Texas markets. Prior to joining Summit, Ken held leadership roles with both public and private companies, including Duke, Liberty, Prologis, and Lovett, where he gained more than 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Over the course of his career, Ken has developed extensive expertise in market expansion, development strategy, and operational leadership across major real estate platforms.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.
