Jeff Malke is a Vice President, Asset Management with Summit Real Estate Group.
Jeff joined Summit in 2026 and provides asset management and analytical support for Summit’s various funds and joint ventures. He also supports the firm’s capital markets, investor relations, and finance functions. Prior to joining Summit, Jeff served as Investments Manager at The DESCO Group, where he was responsible for underwriting and coordinating due diligence for acquisitions, developments, and dispositions while working across the firm’s asset management, capital markets, and finance teams. Before DESCO, Jeff was an Investment Performance Measurement Analyst at NISA Investment Advisors.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance & Banking from the University of Missouri.
