Emma McGowan is an Assistant Vice President, Construction & Development with Summit Real Estate Group.
Emma began her commercial real estate career in 2016 and joined Summit in 2024. Emma leads and manages projects ranging from tenant finish to large-scale commercial development and construction for Summit and its clients. Prior to joining Summit, Emma served as a Project Manager at The Opus Group for over seven years focusing on office and industrial.
Emma holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.
