Devin Gates is an Assistant Vice President, Construction & Development with Summit Real Estate Group.
Devin began his commercial construction career in 2011 and joined Summit in 2026. He leads and manages projects ranging from tenant improvements and capital upgrades to the oversight of large-scale development and ground-up construction projects for both Summit and its clients.
Prior to joining Summit, Devin held progressively senior leadership roles, including Director, Operations Manager, and Project Manager. His experience spans healthcare, commercial, and industrial construction, with a strong background in both design and construction leadership for the Veterans Health Administration. Devin has also held project leadership roles at Keeley Construction Group, Paric Corporation, and S.M. Wilson & Co.
Devin holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an MBA from Webster University.
