Blake Grinestaff is a Vice President, Construction & Development with Summit Real Estate Group.
Blake began his commercial real estate career in 2015 and joined Summit in 2021. Blake leads and manages projects ranging from tenant finish and capital improvements of the firm’s assets to management and oversight of large-scale development and construction projects for Summit and its clients.
Prior to joining Summit, Blake served as a Project Manager at McGrath & Associates and as a Project Manager at BSI Constructors.
Blake holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University and an Associate degree in Pre-Engineering from Lake Land College.
