Summit Real Estate Group is pleased to announce that two manufacturers supplying Kia’s nearby automotive production facilities leased 190,457 square feet at Troup Logistics Center. Daehan Solution, an automotive sound and vibration mitigation company, leased 79,800 SF, and KAIS, an automotive door component company leased 110,657 SF. The new leases bring the building’s occupancy to 100%.
Troup Logistics Center is a Class A, 190,457 SF multi-tenant warehouse building located in LaGrange, GA southeast of Atlanta. Located in the Troup County industrial submarket and directly adjacent to Harris County and Meriwether County, the rear-load building offers superior access to I-85 and proximity to Georgia Port Authority’s planned inland port. Summit’s Arrowrock US Industrial Fund IV closed on the 19-acre industrial site Q2 2022, began construction Q4 2022, and delivered the building Q4 2023.
