Summit Real Estate Group, a vertically integrated commercial real estate investment and operating company based in St. Louis, Missouri, is announcing the disposition of its Northglenn Marketplace asset. The 76,000 SF retail building is part of the 652,000 SF Northglenn Marketplace Shopping Center at 104th Avenue and I-25 in the City of Northglenn just north of Denver, Colorado. The transaction was made on behalf of Summit’s Arrowrock Income & Growth Fund II, LP (AIGF II).
