The site is 1 mile from I-85 and nearly equidistant from Atlanta, GA and Montgomery, AL. The site further benefits from its proximity (less than 1 mile) to the planned West Central Georgia Inland Port created in partnership between Georgia Port Authority and CSX. The new inland port will serve, in part, KIA Automotive’s growing local presence.
For decades, LaGrange has attracted manufacturers and this location dictates strong supply & demand dynamics. Troup Logistics Center seeks to attract tenants that serve area manufacturing, distribution, and transportation companies.
The 32’ clear Class ‘A’ warehouse building will have a depth of 300’ and a 185’ truck court that includes trailer spaces. Summit anticipates starting construction Q4 2022 and delivering the building Q3 2023.
