Summit Real Estate Group is pleased to announce its expansion into Texas with the establishment of a new office in Houston. This milestone marks Summit’s eighth state and thirteenth market, and the opening of the firm’s second office, representing a significant step in Summit’s continued national growth. The Houston office will provide the “boots on the ground” needed to build lasting relationships, support clients more effectively, and position Summit for long-term growth across Houston and other key Texas markets.
To lead this effort, Summit is proud to announce that Ken Chang has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director – Texas. Ken brings more than 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having held leadership roles with both public and private companies including Duke, Liberty, Prologis, and Lovett. He will oversee the firm’s Texas operations and play a key role in establishing Summit’s presence and expanding its industrial platform throughout the region.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.
