Scott Reese, director of development and partner at Summit Development Group, has been involved in transactions worth more than $43 million in the last year. The projects include the renovation of 82,225 square feet of retail/office space at Deer Creek Center, construction of 117,000 square feet of service center space at the Chesterfield Exchange, and two office warehouse developments at Corporate 44 Business Park, one that was 200,000 square feet and another that was 129,000 square feet.
