Summit Real Estate Group is pleased to announce that Jack Kemper has joined the firm as an Analyst, Investments. Jack will be involved in investment analysis on prospective acquisitions and developments as well as aspects of acquisition strategy including underwriting and due diligence. Prior to joining Summit, Jack worked as a broker in the senior housing industry with Eads Investment Brokerage and Senior Living Investment Brokerage where he completed and assisted numerous sales across the Midwest. During his career, Jack has underwritten over $300 million in transactions, provided reliable, valuable advice and market insights, and has overseen multiple team members throughout the sales and marketing process. Jack holds a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
