Summit Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of Phase III of US 1 North Commerce Center in Youngsville, NC, just north of Raleigh. Phase III is a 550,992 SF Class A cross-dock build-to-suit facility leased to Eaton Corporation, a Fortune 500 power management company. Construction on Phase III began in Q1 2025, and the building was delivered in Q2 2026.

US 1 North Commerce Center is a five-building, 1.4M SF modern industrial park located in the high-growth Franklin County submarket of Raleigh. Summit’s Arrowrock U.S. Industrial Fund IV acquired the 106-acre site in Q4 2022. Development of the park began in Q2 2023 and was completed in Q2 2026. Other tenants in the park include Southwire, Amcor, Robling, and PlanIT ROI.
