Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Southside consisted of two buildings totaling 191,200 SF. The average occupancy was 90 percent at acquisition. Repositioning involved substantial interior and exterior upgrades and leasing effort. The portfolio was packaged and sold in Q4 2018, at 94 percent occupancy.
