To-be-developed Class A, ±150,000 SF multi-tenant industrial building in Buford, Georgia, within the Atlanta MSA. The project, known as Richland Creek Trade Center, will be developed on a 23.2-acre site in one of the Atlanta region’s largest and most active industrial submarkets. Positioned with convenient access to I-85, the site offers excellent connectivity throughout Metro Atlanta and the broader Southeast while benefiting from Gwinnett County’s deep regional labor pool. Purpose-built to capture current underserved demand, Richland Creek Trade Center will accommodate manufacturing, distribution, and industrial service users with suites divisible to approximately 25,000 SF and a 160’ bay depth. Summit anticipates beginning construction in Q1 2027, with delivery expected in Q4 2027.
