This 76,000 SF retail building in Denver, CO is part of the 650,000 SF Northglenn Marketplace Shopping Center power center, built in 1986 and renovated in 2007. The densely populated and mature trade area provides a consistent and stable environment for retailers. The property was acquired out of foreclosure in Q2 2011 at a substantial discount to replacement cost. The business plan included lease up, roof replacement, and eventually divestiture, after the balance of the center completed significant improvements and re-positioning over the period 2018-2020. Northglenn Marketplace was sold from Fund I to Fund II in Q1 2017 and completed divested, with 100% occupancy, in Q1 2020.
