Speculative Build Positions County for Further Development
Pineview Trade Center is a to-be-developed Class A, 351,540 SF multi-tenant warehouse building in Columbia, SC. Located in the Southeast Columbia industrial submarket, the front-park, rear-load building will be part of Richland County’s ±1,000-acre master-planned Pineview Industrial Park, the closest Class A industrial park to Columbia’s urban core, the University of South Carolina, and Fort Jackson. Three major interstates (I-20, I-77, and I-26) cross through Columbia and this connectivity allows efficient access to Atlanta, Charlotte, Greenville-Spartanburg, Charleston, and Savannah. The site is three miles from I-77 and I-95 can be accessed in less than one hour via I-26 SE or I-20 NE connecting drivers to the entire eastern seaboard. With its flexible, multi-tenant design and 36’ clear height, the building is designed to attract a broad spectrum of modern users including area manufacturing, distribution, transportation, or industrial service companies. Construction is anticipated to begin Q1 2023 and the building is targeted for a Q4 2023 delivery.
