Leasing activity continues at Wendell Commerce Center in Raleigh, NC, as an existing tenant expands its footprint within the park. Summit Real Estate Group and Foundry Commercial have completed a second lease with a global technology company, bringing its total occupancy at the park to 233,565 SF.
After initially leasing the entirety of Building 1A (100,845 SF), the tenant has committed to all of Building 1B (132,720 SF). With both buildings now fully leased, the company occupies a combined 233,565 SF within Phase 1 of the development.
Located east of Raleigh in Wake County, Wendell Commerce Center is planned as an eight-building Class A industrial park designed to accommodate a wide range of manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and industrial service users. Phase 1 totals 493,211 square feet across three multi-tenant warehouse buildings.
The park is strategically positioned approximately 0.5 miles from the interchange of I-87 and U.S. Highway 64 (Wendell Boulevard), providing direct access to Raleigh and the I-540 outer belt. To the east, I-87 transitions into U.S. Highway 264, offering efficient connectivity to I-95 and the broader Southeast.
