Leasing Momentum at US 1 North Commerce Center

Leasing activity is underway at Phase II of US 1 North Commerce Center in Raleigh, NC, following the execution of a 56,257 SF lease with a medical device manufacturer. Located on the southern edge of the Franklin County industrial submarket, Phase II is comprised of two multi-tenant Class A warehouse buildings totaling 470,575 SF. In total, US 1 North Commerce Center is a 1,416,307 SF industrial park.

Summit and Foundry Commercial recently executed the 56,257 SF lease at Building 400. The transaction reflects continued demand for modern industrial space along the U.S.-1 North corridor.

Foundry continues to market the remaining available space within the phase.

US 1 North Commerce Center is located 0.2 miles from U.S. Highway 1, which connects south to Raleigh (approximately 12 miles from the I-540 outer belt) and north to I-85 (approximately 27 miles). The buildings are uniquely positioned to serve north Raleigh and the growing businesses and households along the U.S.-1 North corridor.
