Leasing Momentum at I-10 Coastal Commerce Center

Delivering December 2025, leasing activity at I-10 Coastal Commerce Center in Milton, FL, is exceeding initial projections. Strategically positioned on Highway 87 and less than one mile from Interstate 10, I-10 Coastal offers efficient access to Pensacola and Northwest Florida’s rapidly growing economy. The Class A, 181,182 SF two-building warehouse development will be part of Santa Rosa County’s 88-acre Northwest Florida Industrial Park @ I-10. With its flexible, multi-tenant design and 32’ clear height, I-10 Coastal Commerce Center is designed to attract a broad spectrum of modern users, including manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and industrial service companies.   

Summit and CBRE recently executed the project’s second lease, representing 17,205 SF of Building 200, to LX Pantos, a global, full-service logistics company for LG Appliances. The company will use the space to distribute and service LG appliances for home builders. 

CBRE continues to market the remaining space, and Summit anticipates interest in modern, well-located industrial space, such as I-10 Coastal Commerce Center, will remain strong throughout the remainder of 2025 and 2026.
