JUSHI USA Secures More Space at Pineview Trade Center 

Summit Real Estate Group and Colliers are pleased to announce that JUSHI USA, a U.S. subsidiary of one of the world’s largest producers of fiberglass reinforcements and fabrics, has expanded its footprint at Pineview Trade Center in Columbia, South Carolina. With this expansion, the building is now 76% leased. 

JUSHI initially committed to 200,758 SF to support its nearby manufacturing operations with a dedicated distribution facility. Their expansion reflects both strong operational performance and continued investment in the Columbia market. It also highlights Pineview Trade Center’s ability to meet evolving tenant needs through modern design and strategic location. 

Delivered in June 2024, Pineview Trade Center is a 351,540 SF, Class A, multi-tenant warehouse located within the ±1,000-acre master-planned Pineview Industrial Park in Southeast Columbia. Three major interstates (I-20, I-77, and I-26) cross through Columbia, and this connectivity allows efficient access to Atlanta, Charlotte, Greenville-Spartanburg, Charleston, and Savannah.  With its flexible, multi-tenant design and 36’ clear height, Pineview Trade Center is designed to attract a broad spectrum of modern users, including area manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and industrial service companies. 

Colliers continues to market the remaining 84,371 SF, and Summit anticipates interest in modern, well-located industrial space like Pineview Trade Center to remain strong throughout the remainder of 2025.
