Kate Hangge is a Vice President, Asset & Property Management with Summit Real Estate Group.
Kate joined Summit in 2024 and leads property management services for Summit’s established assets and new developments. She brings 15 years of experience in property management, operations, and commercial real estate financing. Prior to joining Summit, Kate held multiple roles including the oversight of strategic property management services throughout the Midwest for Welltower, Inc.
Kate holds a B.S. in Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate, and an MBA from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She has received designations from CCIM, BOMA, and IREM. Kate is currently a member of CREW – St. Louis and is the President of the Dream Factory of St. Louis, an all-volunteer children’s wish-granting organization.
