Northwest 4 is a Class A, 57,000 SF single tenant office and manufacturing building in Houston, Texas. The land site was acquired off market and at a discount due to a liquidating partnership. The project was developed in 2014, in a joint venture with a local developer relationship, and subsequently leased and sold in 2015.
