Brad Foss is the President of Summit Real Estate Group.
Mr. Foss joined Summit in 2024 and is responsible for fund management, capital markets, and property and corporate operations. Before joining Summit, Mr. Foss was President and CEO of The DESCO Group, a St. Louis-based real estate operating and investment company. Prior to his 10-year tenure with The DESCO Group, Mr. Foss was a Principal with M3 Capital Partners, a global real estate investment banking and investment management firm headquartered in Chicago and London. Mr. Foss began his career in real estate investment banking with JP Morgan in New York.
Mr. Foss graduated summa cum laude from DePauw University. He is involved in educational causes, including serving on the Board of Trustees of Community School and the Board of Visitors of DePauw University.
