Summit Real Estate Group is pleased to announce that St. Louis-based CommSell Inc. has leased 28,704 square feet at Crosstown Logistics Park. CommSell provides consumer electronic distribution services including fulfillment, technology sourcing, ecommerce, and technology manufacturing with a focus on smartphones, tablets, and accessories.
The new lease brings the building’s occupancy to 100%. In addition to CommSell Inc., Crosstown’s tenants include St. Louis-based Arizon Companies (114,816 SF) and Charlotte-based Snap One (100,011 SF).
Crosstown Logistics Park is a ground-up, speculative development project consisting of a Class A, 243,984 SF multi-tenant warehouse building located in St. Louis’ Central County submarket. Summit closed on the 14.35 acre industrial site Q4 2021, began construction Q1 2022, and delivered the building Q4 2022. Ideally situated beside I-170, the rear-load building provides direct access to all of St. Louis’ major business centers as well as St. Louis Lambert International Airport (5 miles). With its flexible, multi-tenant design and ample trailer parking, the building was designed to accommodate a broad spectrum of modern industrial users.
Summit engaged Cushman & Wakefield to market the project.
