Summit and CBRE recently hosted a broker event for 23 North Industrial Park at Ohio Stadium, welcoming more than 40 brokers from across the Columbus market. The event provided attendees with an opportunity to learn more about Summit, 23 North, and the leasing opportunities the project will offer.
The event highlighted the project’s two Class A, multi-tenant industrial buildings, totaling 317,880 SF of space and the continued demand for quality industrial space in the Columbus market.
23 North, located in the underserved North Columbus submarket, can accommodate a variety of uses from 35,000 to 174,000 square feet, and will deliver in Q1 2027. Strategically situated less than 15 minutes from I-270 and I-71, the project offers convenient access throughout Central Ohio.
