Beltline is located in a desirable Dallas-Fort Worth Airport submarket. It had been foreclosed on and subsequently acquired by Summit at auction in Q3 of 2012. The Class A multi-tenant building is 39,559 SF of office/flex product and was 70 percent leased at acquisition. The value-add strategy was to lease the vacancy and position the asset to sell with Tri Star Tech Center, located in an adjacent business park. Summit sold the two assets in 2014 – both projects were 100 percent leased.
