Summit Real Estate Group is pleased to announce that Kate Hangge has joined the firm as Vice President, Asset & Property Management. Kate brings fifteen years of property management, operations, and commercial real estate financing experience to Summit. She will be responsible for leading property management services for Summit’s established assets and new developments. Prior to joining Summit, she held multiple roles including the oversight of strategic property management services throughout the Midwest for Welltower, Inc. Kate holds a B.S. in Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate, and an MBA from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
