Arrowrock U.S. Industrial Fund V, LP
Open | Capital Raising
The Fund will develop multi-tenant industrial assets in high-growth U.S. markets where Summit can leverage its vertically integrated platform. The strategy is driven by Summit’s belief that select U.S. markets have insufficient industrial real estate to meet tenant demand. The demand for new industrial space is driven by a resurgence in U.S. manufacturing and onshoring, users requiring modern facilities, and continued e-commerce tailwinds.
