Matt Lederman is a Managing Director, Capital & Investor Relations with Summit Real Estate Group.
Matt joined Summit in 2019 and is responsible for the firm’s capital raising efforts, including sourcing, structuring, and aligning equity partners for Summit’s closed-end discretionary funds. Additionally, Matt oversees investor relations matters related to both long-standing and new investment partners. Prior to joining Summit, Matt held various business development, product management, and operations roles at firms that included Pinnacle Asset Management, Bank of America, and Merrill Lynch.
Matt received a B.S. from Vanderbilt University and M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
