The 39,559 SF industrial/flex building is located within a desirable Dallas-Fort Worth Airport submarket. The building was 70 percent occupied when it had been foreclosed on and subsequently acquired by Summit at auction in Q3 2012. The value-add strategy was to lease the vacancy and position the asset to sell. After achieving 100 percent occupancy, the asset was packaged with neighboring Tristar Tech Center and sold in Q4 2014.
