Previously a 26,000 SF hardware store and a 5,084 SF post office, the property underwent substantial renovation including the removal of approximately 8,500 SF of building in order to increase parking count and obtain appropriate bay depth. Since the project’s development in 1998, it is has stayed 100 percent occupied.
