William F. Peick
Senior Vice President Construction
William Peick leads construction projects large and small, and assists other Summit team members with master planning, acquisitions, sales, zoning, environmental, and governmental approvals. Mr. Peick is in his thirteenth (13th) year with Summit. Prior to joining Summit Mr. Peick spent seventeen (17) years in the St. Louis, Missouri healthcare industry. During those years his responsibility grew to include construction and management of 3,500,000 square feet of occupied space, 100 acres of developed land including seven (7) hospitals, $20 to $30 million annual capital expenditures, and management of 400+ leases. Mr. Peick’s civic responsibilities have included positions on multiple board of trustees including the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers, Missouri Growth Association, and the Triad Housing Development Corporation.
